Nha Trang Vietnamese Cuisine — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Till this day some of THE best Vietnamese food i've had hands down. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and the restaurant is spacious and well lit. The star of the show (in my opinion) is my favourite summer rolls, in specific, the Soft-shell Crab summer roll, Could never imagine I could be more in love with another variation of the classic summer roll, but they did it so right. Its everything you love about a summer roll, from its crunchy fresh vegetables, its chewy encasing of rice paper, to its perfectly tangy sweet dipping sauce, with an elevated aspect of crispy deep fried soft-shell crab. Truly a master piece. Their fish is grilled to perfection, with a gorgeously curated refreshing lime dipping sauce on the side with some cucumbers which was such a good palate cleanser. Their Bánh mì's were also all made with fresh ingredients all stuffed in a fluffy on-the-inside, crispy-on-the-outside baguette, and their Vietnamese coffee is so rich, with so much depth in each sip. The best Vietnamese food in Hong Kong by my personal opinion, their phō broth is so good, you want to clean up the bowl. Other foods all is nice, no photos to describe their food, just come & try, you will not disappointed. The place also clean & cozy, good for family and friends gathering. Only down side for me is the waiter not responsive to customer request, I asked for wet tissue, they didn't reply me with answer & just passed by. They rushed to clean the table too. With the price tag they have, customer need more pleasant service...

Visited in a not very busy timeframe for lunch . Nice food and worth the price . Nice for a short visit . In contrast to that , the staff is very rude , impatient and inattentive . Forgot to order or bring in food a number of times . A reason to avoid . The place has decent furnishing , but the floor is littered with food . And a weird odor resembling urine can be smelt around during our visit . Possibly related to the unsatisfactory hygiene...
