Homemade Stewed Goose Soup with Preserved Lemon (HK$48) 👍👍👍👍👍 Fragrant, strongly flavoured preserved lemon stewed with goose, the distinctive flavours add an intense, concentrated lemon flavour to the soup without overwhelming.

Silkie Soup with Dry Cordyceps Flower and Snow Lotus (HK$45) 👍👍👍👍 Each delicious sips of this Chinese herbal soup has the perfect balance of taste, flavour and aroma.

Premium Braised Sliced Goose Fillet with Braised Goose Liver (HK$148) 👍👍👍👍👍 Soaked in the fragrant dark marinated sauce, the braised goose fillet was mouthwatering delicious, and the sliced goose liver was melt-in-the-mouth tender.

Traditional Roast Chicken (HK$198) 👍👍👍👍👍 The roast chicken was deep fried to golden crispy perfection. Juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside and loaded with flavours!

Signature Clay Pot Rice with Eel (HK$178) 👍👍👍👍 There is nothing more comforting than a pot of fulfilling clay pot rice. The dark soy sauce gave a good balance of sweet and savoury flavours and enhanced the overall taste!

Stir-fried Sweet Taro (HK$78) 👍👍👍👍 A much-loved classic Chiu Chow dessert end our dinner with a sweet note.

Excellent Chinese restaurant located in Xiqu center on second floor. Use the stairs close to the ticket booth to get there. Our cup of 13 people had dinner by me reservation in advance with WhatsApp all of the dishes are delicious. Fresh ingredients and well cooked. Tomato are delicious as appetizers. Ordered a coriander noodle and waited for twenty mins. It wasn't peak hour at all. Other tables that came later had got their noodles. I can tell the waiters are in lack of efficiency training.
