Date of visit : Sep 2021
This is the first time we visit Terrible Baby and had been long waited for it. It is a Type C Bar so we can make it 6 people for a table (using the leave home safe app) and til 1am. There is no happy hour before public holiday and weekend, which turned out costed us around $400 per person to get few drinks and snacks.
The fried chicken 🍗 was good. and we do recommend the cocktail 🍸 Siu Siu Pink too. There are few draught 🍺 choices, including but not limit to CBD Special.
Nonetheless, the most disappointing part was - the waitress kept urging us to leave while no one was lining up outside. We did call them before about the time constraints as we were celebrating our friend’s birthday that night, afraid of disappointing our birthday girl. Their reply was we can sit freely til late.
Anyway, we won’t go there again. and if you wanna spend the whole night in Terrible Baby, I don’t think it is a good choice and better look for another good bar in Tsim Sha Tsui or Jordon.
P.S. if you wanna eat your birthday cake in the bar, they will charge you HK$300. But it is free to...
Read moreI recently visited terrible baby and, as an individual in the same hospitality industry, I feel compelled to share my experience. While I understand that busy nights can be challenging, I was disappointed by the behavior of one of the staff members.
While waiting for our turn at the bar, a Western gentleman behind the counter was not only dismissive but also rude in his interactions with us. This behavior created an uncomfortable atmosphere, not just for my friends and me but for others waiting as well.
In our industry, we know the importance of maintaining a welcoming environment, even during peak hours. A simple acknowledgment or a friendly demeanor could make a significant difference in a patron's experience.
I genuinely hope that terrible baby can address this issue, as I believe that every guest deserves to feel valued and respected. Thank you for considering...
Read moreGreat place for a drink and relax with friends. It’s a bar in the yat tung hotel, the escalator “tunnel” is stunning, and makes me feel like i was time traveling to the other dimension. They got choices of cocktail and are nicely presented on the menu with American style cartoon, very enjoyable when reading the menu. I got the siu siu pink and thirsty dragon. Siu siu pink is not pink at all lol, really just a very little pink (very well named!) but the thirsty dragon was too heavy in syrup made it tasted weird. They didn’t allow customers to drink only, food/ snacks must be ordered. I had the fries and it was good too, very big bucket. They also offer a free flow from 3 to 6pm, it covers beer, red and white, i think it’s a good deal actually and may try it in my next visit. I spent a good...
