McDonald‘s (Hang Shing) — Restaurant in Kowloon

As I started to enjoy my meal this afternoon in this McDonald, I realized there's some repair work going on. The repairman opened the ceiling panels one after the other and the nearest panel was just above my right shoulder. My tray of food was sprinkled with whatever that came off the ceiling. One McDonald's staff was standing next to the repairman and he completely agnore my complaint of inhygiene in the vicinity and the repairman reacted with back talking. I had to asked for the manager to explain the situation. Regrettably the female manager didn't seem to be bothered with the inhygiene problem and asked me to move to a table further away. Other foreign customers nearby gave me a couple of thumbs up while the situation developed... obviously they were bothered by these repair work while they were having their meals. Although I was given a new tray of clean food (hopefully ), I don't think this McDonald's lives up to its...

Day 2 April 17 2025 breakfast Tried the Breakfast Meals in Mcdo which is 1 kanto lang away from our place Kulit ng mga manager nila mga names ng artista hehehe Total: 254 HKD

May English translation sa self ordering kiosk nila, then pay at the counter if cash ka

Note: Wala silang Rice sa mga Mcdo dito sa HK.

Madaming kakaiba na masarap din syempre na dapat ma try din sa mga breakfast meals sa Mcdo HK compared sa Pinas..

Ung una ang pinili ko is ovaltine.. dumating saken hot.. meron pala pinipili sa screen na iced.. pero masarap din naman hehehe

Ung hashbrown is same taste lang din sa pinas

Ung sausage egg mcmuffin, hindi kalat ung cheese pag inopen mo ung wrapper unlike pag sa Pinas

Pancake is may kasamang jam, normal honey and normal butter

Ung scrambled egg hingi ka na lang ng salt sachet

Pwde ka din mag ask ng sugar sachet if mag coffee ka

May disposable utensils sila

Ung drinks mostly sa mccafe meron sila separate section dun mo ppickup.. pero order if cash ka dun ka magpay sa counter dalhin mo lang number mo na paran ganun din dito satin ganun

Day 3 April 18 2025 Mcdo Breakfast muna kami ulit, try namin naman ung ibang breakfast meals nila, mabilis kasi sila mag serve and nagmamadali kami kasi late na kami nakaalis e madami pa kami lakad

no rice ang mcdo dito. may macaroni din sila na may meat, tinry din namin ung Angus Burger nila :D

Masarap ung macaroni, madami pa macaroni noodles at madaming meat talaga na laman!!! Malasa!

Masarap din fish fillet nila..

Sa drinks, Iced Ovaltine for kids (ako kasi nagustuhan ko ung hot ovaltine nila) natuto na ko, pinili ko na for them ung sa iced section hehehe

Day 5 April 20 2025 - Dinner @ Mcdo

We tried their Signature Collection Burger na Angus.. by the way, Walang rice dito sa Mcdo HK..

ung mcwings nila na meal, pwde ka mamili kung potato wedges or fries kasama..

kaso ung mcwings.. maanghang pala! wala kasi namang spicy na nakaindicate, so kala namin normal lang, ay medyo maanghang, hindi kinaya ni Jirah, naka 1pc lang sya na mcwings, kaya pinag potato wedges at fries at drinks

masarap naman hehehe pero sa dinami ng fries at potato wedges namin, pano nilarge namin lahat hahaha kala namin konti e konti lang kasi iddagdag, ayun, natake out pa namin sa Pinas hehehe 😁

Ung drinks, peach lychee masarap sya

Tapos ung angus burger na signature yes masarap try nyo din legit na angus hehehe wala sa mcdo sa maynila sa pinas nito kasi..

Overall, worth trying sya, but note na wala silang rice dito and hindi local food, normal na pang mcdo.

Madami lang tao lalo pag gabi, abang ka na lang ng malapit na matapos, madami naman din seats.. may couches din..

it used to be alright but since couple of months this place went downhill. Last 3 times I went, food was cold - seems they prepare in advance, which is not a bad idea, if you keep that in small quantities. So now, as I live nearby, I will go any other McD in the area, BUT NOT THIS ONE. Good thing being, I begin to discover better places than McDull around. And that's not only me : my girlfriend today had terrible food and two other friends had the same (cold) experience like 2 weeks ago. Also sometimes, rude staff: one example : one girl was cleaning the glass door (13:30) and asked us to use the other door. But by the time we've reached the other one, she already left. No big deal and that's not the end of the world, small things really, but I'd rather walk 5 more mins and go...
