Curry Leaf Indian Cuisine 咖喱葉 — Restaurant in Kowloon

Came here for dinner, rude staff and the food was mediocre at best. I tried to butter chicken with naan, I asked the butter chicken to be not spicy, but it was very spicy. And then the music was too loud and made the place seem like a club rather than a restaurant. My glass of water also had a lip stain on it. Overall, a very disgusting experience, would not recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I have no intention to 'badmouth' an arrogant business, You are calling my review invalid as it is my first review, however, after my review was checked there have been "wonderful" reviews from 14 people with only one given review before, so you tell me who is giving fake reviews based on the information you have so wonderfully collected? me or the other 14 people with similar statistics. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting ambiance that set the tone for an exceptional evening. The décor, lighting, and overall atmosphere created a perfect setting to enjoy a meal with loved ones.

The food was nothing short of amazing each dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Every bite reflected the chef’s attention to detail and commitment to quality. Whether it was the starters, mains, or desserts, everything exceeded our expectations.

What truly elevated our experience was the outstanding service. A special thanks to Mr. Sandeep, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. His warm gesture, attentiveness, and knowledge of the menu added a personal touch that made our visit all the more memorable.

I love Indian food so I have to try almost every joint that I come accross.Curry Leaf is located in Jordan conveniently located by some hotels.

It has been awarded many awards by the QTSA.

The menu had a good variety from Traditional curries, egg bhurji to Manchurian Chicken!

Appetizers:

Ordered the Jeera rice to go with the spinach potatoes.

Tried the rice on its own and it was tasty without anything as there was cumin seeds in it.

The spinach potatoes were not spicy but were very creamy compared to other places I have tried.

The chicken fried noodles were tasty as it had pieces of chicken tandoori, again the stir fried noodles were not spicy compared to other places I have tried as they were rather wet with a strong tomato taste.

The noodles they used were very different and evidently not egg noodles because they tasted like Chinese Efu noodles.

Anyway, a good friendly joint.

Will come back for the lunch...
