Tonight we tried their 5 Anniversary set for two.
There were two appetisers and each person can choose one.
Japanese A4 Kagoshima Wagyu Beef Tartare With Potato Pave
The beef tartare was bottomed by some potato pave with some edible gold on top! The beef tartare was rich in oil and went well with the warm and relatively dry potato.
Tuna Tartare With Crispy Fritter And Caviar
Fresh tuna tartare bottomed by a slice of crispy fritter and topped by caviar. It was finished in no time.
Both were served with quinoa and cucumber salad which also had salad green, cherry tomatoes and corn. Just some olive oil was added to give flavouring.
Each of us got to choose one type of soup from three. Gazpacho Soup This soup was cold and was served on a transparent glass bowl and plate. There were some green spices at the bottom. Tastewise it was so refreshing with rich tomato flavour. Definitely great for the hot weather
Classic Onion Soup
It was very rich in onion flavour with a thick toast coated with cheese. There were also some onion slices in the soup. Definitely classic with lots of ingredients.
Risotto
Creamy Oyster Paste With Japanese Broiled Scallop
Each person got a small plate of risotto. Some risotto was placed between two slices of scallops, topped by some black caviar and crisp, finished by some salad greens. The risotto was very al dente and rich in oyster paste! Yummy! The scallop slices were thin yet fresh. Presentation was very nice.

U.S. Prime Angus Ribeye Steak With Foie Gras Black Truffle Sauce
The steak got very clear grill mark on it! It was cooked medium rare and the flesh was so juicy and tender and very rich in beef flavour. It went very well with the rich black truffle sauce. Under the steak, there were sweet peppers, cucumber, zucchini and garlic. After serving the dish to us, the server offered us yellow mustard which was placed on the edge of the plate nicely.
Apple Crumble
Dessert of the day was Apple Crumble. It was served hot. There was a top layer of crumbles with apple fleshes inside bottomed by cookie base, topped by some dried apple slices, custard and a mint leaf. On the side, there was some custard with dried apple slices. It smelt and tasted very nice of apple with great crunchy texture. It was of optimal sweetness and didn't make us too filling afterwards.

Since we had a hard time choosing, we opted for the 5th Anniversary special two-person set menu. It included an appetizer, soup, risotto, a main course, and dessert. We also ordered two drinks: an Irish Coffee and a Mint Chocolate Milk. For the appetizer (choose 2 out of 3), we selected the Japanese A4 Wagyu Beef Tartare with Potato Pave and Tuna Tartare with Crispy Fritter and Caviar. The tuna was quite fresh, and the crispy fritter was a unique touch that paired well with the tuna. The caviar added a delightful burst of flavor. The Wagyu tartare had a special seasoning that reminded us a bit of corned beef, while the Potato Pave was wonderfully crispy. The salad on the side was fresh and complemented the dishes nicely. For the soup (choose 2 out of 3), we went with the Creamy Mushroom Soup with Black Truffle and Classic Onion Soup. Both soups were freshly made and served piping hot. The creamy mushroom soup was rich and packed with mushroom flavor, with the black truffle adding depth without being overpowering. The classic onion soup was a rare find, with the onions cooked until very soft and golden brown, and the cheese-covered baguette soaked up the flavorful broth perfectly. Risotto is Creamy Oyster Paste with Japanese Broiled Scallop, very creamy and with the freshness of the sea food. For the main course, we had the US Prime Angus Ribeye Steak with Foie Gras Black Truffle Sauce. The meat was thick yet tender, with very little fat and sinew, delivering a strong beef flavor. The Foie Gras Black Truffle Sauce was aromatic and unique, complementing the steak without overpowering its natural flavor. The accompanying vegetables were also delicious. For dessert, we enjoyed the Chocolate and Coffee Cake. The coffee flavor wasn't too strong, allowing the chocolate to shine through, and the balance between sweetness and bitterness was excellent. Parma ham and cheese pizza The crust was thin and chewy. For toppings, there were lots of cheese and Parma ham with the Parma Ham. They added extra taste to the pizza.
