I’ve been wanna try this ramen for at least 1 year, but there’s always a line.
So finally we get in there after 20mins, guoza is here first. Crispy fried bottom, soft with a little chewy on the skin, meat and veggies are good inside. Little guoza that you can enjoy the whole piece in one bite. 0 讚好
There are lots of pork soup ramen, but they have chicken soup and chicken cha-siu here, I ordered this right away.
Soup is everything for ramen, this chicken soup thickness is medium, taste good at the first sip, not like a big surprise you will have, but there’s just some difference you will wonder what’s in this soup, you can’t stop but keep drinking, it was good!
Chicken cha-siu is OMG, super tender and juicy, and the flavour...Wow, what have they use to marinate it, is so good!
The noodles is okay, I like the amount they serve, not too much. And yes, the egg was nice too, sweet marinated, soft...
Read moreDuring lunch hour on a weekday, most restaurants in Lan Kwai Fong in Central have a long queue. Today, I passed by this ramen shop with no queue surprisingly, so I went in to give it a try. Food: They offer lunch sets with fried chicken or dumplings and a can of Coke. I ordered the spicy pork ramen. Firstly, the soup base was very rich and the spiciness level was high. The noodles were normal and not overcooked. The highlight was the seared pork, which was thick and juicy. Although I'm not sure if it's authentic, this ramen was really delicious. Environment: The decor is similar to other ramen shops, with a cramped seating area, especially the bar table near the window. The seats are not very comfortable, but since it's lunchtime, you don't have to sit for too long, so it's acceptable. Summary: Ramen in Hong Kong is usually not cheap, and this one is no exception. However, the pork was really thick and perfect for meat lovers.

Read moreTerrible service. Waitress was impatient, rude and unprofessional. The man working in the kitchen was always talking rudely to his colleagues. Staff shouted poorly pronounced Japanese words in a ridiculously random way - shouting arigatou randomly when there were no customers leaving the restaurant as opposed to the staff of authentic Japanese restaurants who only shouts arigatou when a customer is leaving. Their inappropriate shouting turned out to be some sort of disturbing noise. The way the staff communicated among themselves and with the customers was just SUPER WEIRD.
Ordered a bowl of spicy ramen but the soup tasted exactly like the cheap instant noodles found in supermarkets. Considering it's a bowl of ramen that costs $93, I WILL NOT REVISIT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND...
