An incredible omakase dining experience hidden away behind the Ruins of St Paul’s.
With the finest ingredients flown straight from Japan, the omakase master and his team were able to serve it in the same evening, just like the Ama-ebi which was my favourite.
The 10+10 course was out of this world with seasonal ingredients and sushi that we haven’t tried before which surprised us a lot.
Our lack of knowledge almost got us kicked out, but luckily the omakase master was playful yet knowledgeable where we learned a thing or two.

Read more據說是澳門預約困難的日料店 師傅也沒有要特意宣傳的樣子 就這樣默默的開店 這次過來用餐 旁邊有一組客人應該是熟客 跟師傅聊得很開心 聲音有時候也會有點大聲 另外在台灣吃這種日料店 很多師傅都會注意到慣用手以及壽司擺放方向的小細節 這應該是可以再改進的部分 希望服務能夠再好一點

因為師傅大多是用粵語介紹餐點 雖然到我這邊會用中文 但還是有幾個餐點沒有聽得很清楚 以食物來說有幾道是之前沒吃過的種類 而且有些吃完之後也覺得蠻驚艷的 剝皮魚和剝皮魚肝吃起來完全沒有腥味 而且很新鮮 北海道縞蝦則是第一次吃到 糯糯的口感加上蝦子的鮮甜讓人印象深刻 碳烤鯖魚海苔握壽司 剛好的熟度和碳烤的香氣搭配上鯖魚也是其中喜歡的一道 魚子醬佐烤河豚白子握壽司 整團的河豚白子已經是視覺享受了 再加上白子綿密的口感還帶有一點鮮味記憶猶新 說一下裡面最不喜歡的應該是玉子燒 他中間有一層還有參雜一些料 有點類似三色蛋的概念 雖然口感也多了一個層次 不過個人還是比較喜歡純粹一點的玉子燒 整體來說食材上體驗上都還不錯...
