I can't say much but the restaurant and the staff who assisted us were very nice, especially Mr. Romeo, who went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience. His recommendations were spot on, and his friendly demeanor added a personal touch that made our lunch truly memorable. We left feeling satisfied not only with the delicious food but also with the exceptional service. It's rare to encounter such dedication,and it certainly made us eager to return for another visit. Good job Mr. Romeo for the job well done. We look forward to trying more of the menu next time ,as there were several dishes that caught our attention. Read moreSOFITEL HOTEL MISTRAL Restaurant 澳門十六浦索菲特酒店 海風自助餐廳 澳門巴素打爾古街(俗稱十六浦) 索菲特酒店5樓 30-5-2023 因疫情久違了三年多的海風自助餐廳,今日重臨,餐廳依舊,人面全非。不愧是由專業酒店管理人員的餐廳(高層管理人員應是來自法國),環境與出品依然保持五星级水準,不因更換了服務員而有差别。 餐廳保持簡潔明亮,座位编排得闊落,靠窗的一邊的圆拱型大窗可望園景及游泳池,一派歐洲宮廷式風情,樓底較高,坐得舒適。可能是氛圍問題,客人取餐及進餐時比較寧靜優雅,沒有那些大聲談天及孩童跑來跑去的嘈雜。 食物出品方面,主打歐陸式宮廷路線,由外籍大廚Angelo 先生及華籍大廚Yuen先生主理;酒店及自助餐廳的餅部是由華籍大廚Owen (已在索菲特海風餐廳多年),出品仍然是五星級水準。 食物方面,包括,凍海鮮,沙拉,切腸/火腿/切肉,冷盆,生魚片/壽司,麵包,芝士,熱食,及刀削麵,飲料有蘋果汁,橙汁及西抽汁。 ⑴. 沙拉:Bostn Lettuce 波士頓生菜;Romaine Letuce羅馬生菜;Red Cabbage 紅葉甘藍,Frisee 苦苣;及 Lollo Rosso 羅莎紅全部用纸質袋乘載,乾身新鮮。另外有櫻桃茄,青瓜片,麵包粒,乾煙肉碎。Dressings 沙拉汁有Cesar Dressing凱撒汁; French Dressing法式汁; Thai Dressing 泰式汁;Cribche Dressing 克麗貝瑞汁;Seasame Dressing芝麻汁及Lemon Vinigrotte 檸檬油酸汁。 (2)已經拌味的沙拉凍盆有Thai Beef Salad 泰式牛肉沙拉;Long Onion Salad 大葱沙拉;Mushroom Salad,蘑菇沙拉Mimosa Egg Salad 雞蛋沙拉 Pumpkin Salad 南瓜沙拉 Duck breast Salad 鸭胸肉沙拉;切腸,火腿等也有四種。 剛看沙拉及醬汁,便知餐廳是由法國人管理。在正宗的西餐廳,點一碟沙拉凍盆已經要超過一百元港幣。 (3)芝士也是自助餐的靈魂,愛好芝士人士的福音,有五種芝士 Blue Cheese 藍芝士 Cheddar Cheese 車打芝士 Emmental Cheese 大孔芝士 Brie Cheese 布里芝士 Edam Cheese 红波 配以長棍法包或克力架或蜜瓜,真是人間美味(喜歡芝士人士)。 (4) 日式有: 生魚片有三文魚,吞拿魚及鯛魚,相當新鮮及有四款卷物,比較單調了點,但始終是法國餐廳,日食非主流。 (5) 凍海鮮:有蝦,蜆及蓝青口,蝦鮮甜,蜆比較小了點,肉不夠飽滿 (6) 熱盆分開中西式: 中式有 蒜子炒時菜 煙肉炒飯 蘿蔔炆牛雜 雜菰炒豬内 栗子炆腩肉 雜菜雞球 炒四季豆 香燒刀魚 西式的有: 法式炆鸭腿 法式燒雞 匈牙利燴豬肉 焗腸 焗薯 麵檔 刀削麵 廚師即席削麵 配料有豬肉丸,牛丸,脆腸,牛餐肉,草菰及雲耳。 甜點: 餅食出品是出自酒店自助餐餅房,餅房大廚Owen 手藝了得,款式不少,美倫美煥,不同節日有不同主题。當日所見,一位餅部的小姐姐,整個午餐時段駐守餅架,見被顧客攬亂的饼立即整盆移走,更換一盆新的出來,在其他自助餐廳很少會注意擺設的美觀,因此很多顧客拍照(打咭)。 服務方面,值得嘉許,所有餐廳的服務員由餐廳經理Mr. Jack Huang, 帶領 Miss Fatima 及 Miss Shirley...
