We made an impromptu decision to have dinner at Haidilao (海底捞 外滩店) on a Sunday night. We arrived at around 7pm and waited approximately 15 minutes for a table, which was relatively quick given how busy it was.
The food quality was excellent and consistent, as expected from Haidilao. In terms of service, it seemed the staff were slightly overwhelmed, likely due to all 71 tables being fully occupied. Despite that, they remained professional and courteous.
