Had a spectacular omakas dinner made for us by sushi chef and owner of Ginza Onodera on 3rd floor of Bund 18. For 2 hours he impressed us with his delicious and intricate creations, each piece of sushi was lovingly and uniquely made. From the freshness of the ingredients to the delicate seasoning used carefully and sparingly on each piece of fish, using additional soy sauce would've been a sacralige to destroy the amazing balance Chef achieved.
