Delicious Ceviche and Main Courses in a Cozy, Lovely Restaurant The Capital Cocina y Café is a small, welcoming restaurant that offers well-prepared and flavored dishes, served by professional and helpful wait staff. It’s a bit out of the way from the hustle-and-bustle of most of the La Candelaria area bars and cafés – and that’s a good thing!

If you eschew these types of places in the States, then the intimacy and service of Capital might be to your liking. The food and ambience are excellent, and the attentive care to service and special requests are what you might expect at a restaurant you're a regular of. I can't recommend it more! (A special note to vegetarians, you'll be well...
