I love this weird little cafe. It’s weird only because it’s technically part of the Hilton Hotel, so it’s not an independent coffee shop; but it also doesn’t feel like a “hotel café”. The only time it does, is when you pay, where you have to go up front and it feels more like you’re checking out of a hotel than paying for an espresso. 😂 Anyway, the vibe is like an old fashioned saloon, they have plenty of nice pastry options, the service is impeccable, and most importantly, they brew coffee from Devoción roasters, which produces phenomenal coffee. Amazing selection of wonderful coffee and really great service. If you want to taste some of the best coffee, brewed in many different ways, you need to try Devoción. I don't recommend coming here if you're looking to work on your laptop, the atmosphere, small area, and tiny/elegant furniture doesn't cater well to remote working.
