Service is terrible. We waited a long time for our appetizer. Exactly 40 minutes later, asked when the rest of the food would come out after we saw others being served who arrived after we had already ordered. They went to go check and returned with it immediately, meaning it had just been sitting back there.
Then when we asked to pay the bill, we had to wait a long time again. After a while, because we wanted to leave and the wait was getting absurd, we approached the register to pay and the waitress rudely told us that we had to wait at the table. So we waited at the table. Finally, I flagged down another waiter and told him that we needed to pay now, and he eventually was able to make it happen.
The table next to us was also complaining that their food was taking too long, so I’m not sure this was an isolated incident for our table.
The food is not authentic. You can make good inauthentic sushi, but this isn’t it. There are much better places in Bogota for sushi,...
Read moreWe had a really bad experience in this restaurant. We ordered a soup as entry and a rice bowl. The restaurant was almost empty (2 tables except us), and it took them 55 minutes to get the soup. After 20 minutes we asked about the soup, and the waiter told us that she will check. Of coarse that no one came to give us an answer. I talked with the manager, and asked him about the dishes, he told me that he is sorry, but actually didn’t do nothing. The soup came in late of 55 minutes. The dishes were not more than average, and definitely don’t worth the waiting and the really bad service. After the incident, no one came to ask if everything is okay, and if the dishes are fine. Of course that we paid full price of all the dishes. This restaurant didn’t hear about good service. Hope that this review will make them understand the problem with their service. By the way, it doesn’t worth your money, there are many good Asian restaurants in bogota than...
Read moreThe ambiance was nice. The food was mediocre. We had two sushi rolls, the noodle bowl (chicken and curry rojo sauce), the crispy rice appetizer, and two waters. The bowl wasn't great. Chicken was cooked well and had a charred flavor, but not much seasoning overall and not much of the curry rojo. It ended up being a bit flavorless. The sushi rolls were just okay. Nothing to write home about. The crispy rice was pretty good as well but needed some spice or something in addition. The total was COP 94,000. Seemed a bit expensive.
The most frustrating thing was the service. We sat down and ordered. Other people sat down next to us twenty minutes after. They ordered similar food including the crispy rice and two rolls. They received their food ten minutes...
