A Los Chingadazos — Restaurant in Cartagena

We had an amazing time at A Los Chingadazos in Cartagena. Manuel was such an amazing host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The food was so delicious - we had quesadillas, tacos and nachos along with some spicy margaritas. Some of the best Mexican I’ve ever had. It was also Dia de los Muertos so the restaurant was beautifully decorated and the staff were dressed up with face paint to commemorate the occasion. After dinner there was a mariachi band as well which provided great entertainment and got the whole restaurant up and dancing. Was really dissapointed by this place, it felt like a tourist trap. Ordered a taco option for about 30 000. Got served 3 tiny tacos, the size off appetizers rather than a meal. They tasted badly and the flavors were off-putting. The tacobread was poor quality. I left the place hungry, because I could not eat it. Dont know why this place has such high ratings. Nice rooftop and the waiter really did his best to be friendly but the food was overpriced with small portions, even for me and I don't like large meals. Glass of red 20k and the meal was 33k - they charged me 5 extra for guacamole on the side (without even telling me as I ordered) - it would have been hell plain without that, just 2 tiny tortillas with some chicken and melted cheese in-between.
