If I could rate 0 I would do it. Furthermore, reading the 5 star reviews of some patrons I feel that most people have no clue what a good quality service, food and reasonable prices are.
In terms of service: We entered and seated ourselves. We had to wait 15 minutes for the waiter to come and get our order. There were other tables occupied, but most people were already eating/had ordered. The biggest fault was the waiter taking the order of a couple that came in after us.
We were a couple. Ordered an appetizer, a pizza and a pasta. Somehow the waiter heard and, did not try to confirm, that we ordered an extra pasta.
We were given the menu by one waiter, taken the order from yet another, and served by a 3rd one.
We also ordered two drinks, which never arrived, but of course were added to the final bill. We did not receive an apology for this.
On our exit, we saw many patrons waiting in line to get a table. There was no one to address their inquiries or needs. When one of the waiters went on to check on them, she immediately told them that they were working only on a reservation basis. That's it. No apologies or trying to meet them halfway by asking to wait a few minutes to see if something could be done for them.
Food: You can see the pictures of other reviewers. The bread is thick, which would give the impression of being rustic, and its totally ok. But a half mooned tomato slice and basil on top? Should not this be chopped in small pieces and spread all over the bread?
The pizza. It is not made in the Italian way. Way too flat and no pockets of air inside the dough, which on its own has absolutely no flavor.
The pasta. It is either not made by them, or poorly done. Does not have a taste nor does it absorb the sauce of the sides, the way it should. My guess is that they buy cheap pasta for their dishes.
Prices: This is not a cheap place under any circumstances. Nor is extremely expensive either. But rather delivers a very low value for money on the meal. Gorgeous location, yes, but that's about it.
I felt scammed and robbed. This place is a disgrace for Italian cuisine and I am flaggerbasted at the amount of people that say otherwise.

Read moreMixed review here. Fully considering I am having Italian in a Colombia, but based on the reviews I was expecting to be impressed. I was underwhelmed by the food (see order below) but I did enjoy the atmosphere. I love how open the building is with seating indoors and two outdoor sections, all with complements of fresh air and greenery. The ambiance was relaxed but still felt special.
Now, the food. Let it be said that I hear the pizzas are next level amazing so I will try that next time. For my first visit I went with: 🍷Montepulciano, it was okay for the price. What I will say is that I wonder if it was a wine keg vs bottle because of how chilled it was. Also, notice it’s cheaper by the glass than the bottle ($20 mil/glass or $96mil/bottle). If I go back I’ll try the bottle and see if quality is better for the higher price. 🍝 Marinera pasta (squid, shrimp, mussels), you get to choose both pasta type and sauce. I chose penne and pomodoro (tomato) sauce. Here’s where I was let down. Entirely over cooked! I mean in every capacity. The pasta fell apart from sticking the fork in it. The squid I couldn’t even eat, rubbery. And the shrimp was edible but also over done. 🥖 Bread is complementary but didn’t come with olive oil or butter. Wasn’t even toasted, it was just slices of Italian bread.
Would I go again? Yes! The vibes alone are great, but next time I’ll...
