Absolutely awful — don’t waste your time or money!

What a disappointing experience. They weren’t serving alcohol the day I went, so I can’t speak to their drinks menu — but if it’s anything like what I got, you’re not missing much.

I ordered a coconut lemonade and asked the waitress for the price. She told me 16,000 COP, but when the bill came, she charged 19,500 COP and then gave me the wrong change on top of that.

As for the drink itself — a total joke. It was nothing but ice water with a hint of lemon and zero coconut flavor. I’ve had tap water with more taste.

I recently visited in Casa Palenque by Persepolis in Cartagena, and I was thoroughly impressed. Emmanuel plus the team service was exceptional from start to finish. Avoid this place as much as you can. They see gringos as ATMs. Needed to asked twice to provide a correct consumption ticket. They pretended to collect cash stating POS was not available, while I saw spanish speaking people paying with cards at the very moment I was asking for a POS. Furthermore, I realized the place is packed with "strange" people, approaching clients. Bad vibes. Not coming back.
