We went to this restaurant with high expectations and were disappointed. First, the restaurant was somewhat empty and they sat us in the worst table possible, looking out a window at a busy commercial area, rather than trying to provide us with the best seating available to give us the best experience possible. Now the food - Our group had a fried seafood appetizer and four main entrees, which included salmon, pork, rice, and seafood. The rice dish was subpar, but the rest were tasty. For dessert, we had a coffee cheesecake and a chocolate mousse. They were the highlight. Now the worst part - the service! It appeared like the waiter never tasted the menu items nor did he possess any knowledge of the dishes, thus could not elaborate to entice guests to try the dishes. Moreover, the waiter was not attentive, erasing any positivity of the experience. We give credit to the Chef, whom we articulated our concerns and service immediately improved. Do not recommemd. The are better overall culinary experiences in Cartagena.

My visit here was unexpected after the restaurant I was planning on going to no was nowhere to be found (a new business moved in). I’m gluten intolerant and have a strong dislike of seafood, so wandering around Cartagena to find dinner proved to be a bit more difficult than expected. After previewing the menu, I told the hostess about my dietary restrictions. This restaurant was the first place in the entire country of Colombia (I’ve been traveling around the past three weeks) that actually took these needs seriously. They had a chef come speak to me and planned out my dinner before proceeding to serve me. I have never had this level of attentiveness to my diet before, and I have never felt so grateful to have someone take this into consideration. In addition, they had a pretty romantic set up and a violinist playing that night. It was a spectacular dinner thanks to all of these individuals. I highly recommend this place 💖

The restaurant is electric. The menu looks very attractive. After a long and hot day, it is a good place to enjoy a nice dinner here. Drinks and dishes are all so beautiful. The service is also excellent. The classic ceviche: the fish is very fresh, though the taste could be better because it felt like the fish and sauce are separated. Grilled Octopus causas: not a lot but I really liked that green mashed root vegetable whose name I can’t remember. Arroz con Mariscos (main course): This spicy Peruvian chau-fa skillet was so delicious and full of seafood. It is a lot for one person. It is very wet, not sure it is supposed to be, but I liked it. Pescado Chorrillana (main course): I found the fish was a bit dry and not seasoned thoroughly. One suggestion to the restaurant: The music is a little bit too loud and the genre is wrong for fine dining.

Jim , Chicago USA I have eaten at the most expensive restaurants and best restaurants in Chicago. Everything from Chicago cut steak house to Morton’s steak house. I look for 3 important factors on my experience. Food- taste and presentation Service Ambiance

I ordered 4 appetizers including some beef and seafood. I highly recommend the tuna tartar. The tuna was silky smooth with a beautiful bright red color. I also held the tuna up to the light and I could see a wonderful transparency with no white fog. In a better words this tuna was extremely fresh! The tuna was cubed over fresh avacado and multiple layers of texture and sauce. I have never in my life had a better taste of fresh tuna.

Our two main entrees included chicken Alfredo and fresh salmon. I would highly recommend the salmon. I ordered my fish medium rare which it was cooked to perfection. Compliments to the chef on temperature control. My salmon was grilled and presented over a sweet potatoe purée. I can’t stress enough how amazing my salmon looked and tasted.

Our server Luis sabalza was professional, polite and prompt. He was attentive and was quick to get me another drink. I also enjoyed his small talk with my table. The other waiters all worked well together and I would like to compliment the mangers on training such a professional staff. I even appreciated the lovely women who greets and opens the door.

The restaurant vibe was relaxing with a beautiful decor. I loved its location to the church and main square. The bathrooms were clean and the overall feel of the restaurant exceeded my expectations. I also enjoyed the cold air condition and endless amount of fresh ice in my cup.

I do own a condo here in Cartagena and I will continue to be a regular customer. I also believe that it’s location makes it a great experience to bring friends and family when visiting. Don’t waste your time or money on trying to find another restaurant. I have found the best restaurant in Cartagena for you....

My husband and I went here on our honeymoon. The the plantain and sweetpotato chips were a nice touch.

We ordered the ceviche trilogy and asked to have no cilantro. We were brought a cilantro ceviche (completely covered in a green cilantro sauce). We asked to switch it out, the waiter said it’s really good but would check with kitchen, he said he was unable to switch it out - he was friendly about all of this but we were surprised nothing was done to change this mistake. A manager came by after and commented (once I made my husband eat most of it) “that it does look like a lot of cilantro” but again surprisingly nothing was done. The ceviche itself was quite good, somewhat small portions - perfect size appetizer for 2.

The Moscow mule was good, however our other drink which was recommended by the waiter was quite terrible. It had a strange consistency and tasted very strong/sour.

The Venezuelan violinist was incredible! He took a request, played flawlessly and made the experience incredible. We were encourage to stay and enjoy the music (rather than rushed out).

Overall pricy food, poor at accommodating mistakes, good ceviche, excellent atmosphere with...
