I visited this establishment to buy an emerald ring for my fiancé while on vacation. We went into the store on a couple occasions and had agreed upon a price for the ring. The next morning I went in with my fiancé to purchase and have the ring sized. AFTER paying for the ring, I was asked to wait for about 20-30 min for the ring to be sized as they took it up stairs to do so. When I came back after 20 min to pick up ring I was told that now the price has changed and that I would not get the ring unless I paid 1 k more for the ring.
