I had a wonderful experience here, Emira helped us through the whole process. I walked in after finding them on google and was looking for a necklace but didn't find one that I loved, Emira mentioned they offer custom services and walked us through their shop. I wanted a very specific color of emeralds and they brought in a lot for me to choose from so that I could design a charm. We were in a rush and they completed (a complicated design) in 24hours! I couldn’t believe it, we went to pick it up in the morning and I was stunned by their craftsmanship, being in the industry myself I know how complicated it can be but they pulled it off! The service is second to none, they made sure we were comfortable the whole time we were there and their prices are fair! Can’t wait to go back and design more...
