The vibe was okay - the “best” place in Cartagena. But the bartenders will cheat you out of money. I was told my card was declining five times before the transaction supposedly went through. Strange thing is, I was getting notifications from my US credit card company that the authorizations were going through, but the guy and his manager insisted they weren’t when I showed them. They claimed the charges would fall off… they didn’t. It’s been over three weeks and the charges posted and never reversed. I paid over $200 for what was supposed to be a $40 tab. Luckily I knew my credit card company would take care of this fraudulent behavior but BE WARNED - they will try to cheat you as they do in many parts of CTG. And I’m gonna be honest, the “best” place in Cartagena doesn’t come CLOSE to even the most mediocre place in Medellin - stick to MDE, or even Santa Marta if you want the beach vibes during your travels, and this is coming from a Colombia native himself.
Versión rápida en español: son RATAS. Cómo la canción. Rata inmunda, animal rastrero, escoria de la vida. Son puros extranjeros que vienen aquí, y los empleados y sus supervisores coordinan para robarles...
Read moreThis place is absolutely horrendous. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the staff had no interest in providing a welcoming or professional experience. They blatantly discriminate against beautiful, elegantly dressed women—turning us away at the door with the excuse that there was “no availability,” even though the club was visibly empty inside.
The doormen were rude, dismissive, and acted with an air of superiority that was completely unearned. It’s one thing to have a policy or a dress code, but it’s another to lie to guests and treat them with open contempt. The way they made snap judgments and refused us entry felt deeply personal and discriminatory, as if they were trying to project power rather than manage a legitimate venue.
This club has clearly lost sight of hospitality and basic respect. The energy was off, the staff seemed jaded and arrogant, and based on our experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone—especially if you expect to be treated with dignity. There are far better places in the city that actually value their guests.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I will never try to come...
Read moreReally good views and use of outdoor space, outside plays nice lounge cocktail music, I would suggest getting their early on a Friday or Saturday as the line get really busy after 11 we went early around 10 and paid cover 70k cop which is around 16usd but we got a complimentary shot of don julio so seemed worth it, on the higher side of the city but what you’d expect for a more upscale place, we went both Saturday and Sunday both every different vibes in terms of how busy the spaces were a day apart if you’re on a budget I’d say go to getsamai and get 4 mojitos for 40k during happy hour then come by here for a drink or so, because they are pricier here forsure, but great music dope spots for pictures and back drops and service was good, there is a dress code so just incase, no shorts of men, and sandals or hats do a walk by in the day and see the dress code so your don’t get turned out...
