HOTEL NOI Cartagena 1860 — Hotel in Cartagena

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - We were treated like garbage and the staff prioritized a dumb party over the comfort of their guests.

They threw party on the roof while we were there and spent days doing construction to cover the pool with plywood. There was nonstop hammering and drilling for a day during the installation, and then again when they took it down.

The pool was closed for 3 days even though we chose the hotel for this amenity.

Management (A woman named Mayra) offered us a discount on our stay, but never paid. The empty promise is a great example of the type of business they run. I have been in an email battle with Expedia and the Hotel for almost 2 months, to try to get this closed out. Expedia is saying the hotel refuses to give the refund so I'm turning to reviews for...

Hotel Noi is a very charming and accommodating hotel in the walled city. I heard others complain about noise from the nearby bar, but I never heard a peep. Our room was clean and spacious, although there wasn't much furniture. The design is brilliant striking a balance between modern luxury and old town charm. Breakfast came with our package daily, and it was very good. The were no mini bar prices, but we sampled anyway. The prices were subsequently fine upon checkout.
