Pedí unos Chickenbites para llevar a casa y me llevé una sorpresa al verlos pasados de cocción cuando los iba a consumir. Los quemaron y arruinaron completamente mi orden...
Hello, Steve! I can't respond directly, but I will add a few things. Unfortunately, the breading on the chicken WAS burnt, which prevented us from tasting the flavor you promised. I don't have a photo, you know why? Because NO ONE takes a photo of every meal they order at every place they go to because it is supposed to be ordered with the trust and peace of mind that you offer. I would like to point out that if you offer food delivery, do not charge for the disposable packaging you use, that is in very poor taste! Packaging that costs no more than $150 is being charged at $3000??? Let's not even talk about the sauce, which is an absolute insult, the size is two tablespoons for the amount of bites ordered, it was barely enough to dip a couple! The oil you use is reused, that explains the burnt breading on the chicken with an unpleasant taste. I don't have photos, as you asked, but I am certain I will never go there again, and it seems more people are joining in. Be honest and transparent with your practices!!
Hello again. I see that after my edited comment, you have stated that you can verify my comment is false. Mr. Owner, if you are not willing to listen to negative comments to grow as a business, it's better to disable the option! If you have cameras, even better!!! I confirm that I was at your establishment two weeks ago, on a Sunday, and you were about to close. I can describe what I was wearing to give you an idea and so you can locate me on your cameras. If my comment were so false, how do you explain that I know what you outrageously charge for your takeaway packaging? Your food is an insult, and you should notice that there are many more comments saying the same thing.
I’m not going to ask for a refund because you wanted photos for that, which is absurd. I repeat, no one buys food and takes photos just in case it turns out bad. So, no, keep the money, and I recommend that if you have cameras, you take a good look at how they fry the chicken.
What we can do, if you still have doubts, is that I come over with the transaction ID from my payment method used that day at your place, and you reissue the receipt for me. This way, you can learn to accept negative feedback with humility and not falsely accuse a customer just because they didn't like your...
Read moreI wanted to like it but the spicy honey was just ok and not spicy. Texture of chicken was good but sauce missed the mark. Daughter got chicken nuggets/bites no sauce and were good, beers were cold. We asked for 6 Mandu for takeaway and got 3 and waited 20 minutes and when they arrived there was only 3 and they were obviously pre frozen (expected) but then pulled apart after cooking so they looked gross to my wife and she threw them out and did not eat them as they were in pieces. Note we lived in Korea for years and know what Mandu and Korean chicken should taste. I hope they learn how to make proper sauces and up their game on how to cook mandu. It is really quite simple. It shouldn’t take 20 to 30 minutes to prepare and cook and the mandu were served in a bag for take away. Can’t...
Read moreNot Quite the Korean Experience I Was Expecting
I visited this Korean restaurant excited to try their "authentic Korean chicken," but unfortunately, the experience didn’t fully deliver. The chicken was decent—crispy and visually appealing—but lacked the bold, rich flavor I was hoping for.
The noodles, however, were quite disappointing. The texture and seasoning didn’t come together well, and it felt more like a filler dish than something carefully crafted.
Considering the prices, I expected a bit more in terms of taste and overall quality. The concept is cool, and the place has a trendy vibe, but for now, the food itself didn’t live up to...
