Nice but expensive for what it is. Prices are high for Colombia and honestly for $32k COP I expected more than 100g of fried plantain chips.
The waiter was attentive but didn't even blink or say anything when my very petite friend misunderstood the menu and ordered a meal for two people (it says just 'para dos' at the end of the description). He simply put in the order and when it arrived placed two full meals in front of her. A well trained waiter would have asked if she knew it was two meals.
Additionally, I hate, hate, HATE the prevalence of QR code menus. This place has zero physical menus, so you're in a nice restaurant trying to read a large menu on a tiny little screen. It's ridiculous. The pandemic is over. Paper is recyclable so don't try to claim it's to "save the environment". It's to save the owners money. I won't go back for this reason alone. QR code menus are ableist and exclude those who don't have a smart phone or choose not to have one....

Sent the dish back and did not order anything else as other people at our table were also unhappy with their food and I did not have much confidence that the new food would be good. When we got the bill we observed that we were charged for the inedible squid and politely asked the waiter to remove it from the bill. When our food came it was clear that I was brought the wrong order, which I was willing to keep (for the sake of time), but wanted to let them know. They took my meal back and it took a long time to get my actual order, by which time my friend was finished her meal (I didn't want her to wait while her meal cooled). I ate half of my meal and asked for a no-go box, which was quite the wait...then it took what felt like a long time for the bill....I walked up to the kitchen to pay my bill as we had to go, as waiting for our server would take too long.
