Hooligan's • Multiplaza Escazú — Restaurant in San Rafael

First, you get greeted by life less, very mechanical, absolutely no smile, no personal touch, unwelcoming staff. Each one is more miserable than the other. My wife ordered the buffalo wings, I asked the waiter what was Mr. Miyagi. I asked if it was hot, because I like hut. She said it's sweet and hot. She said it was very good. As a habit, since my son has alergias, I asked if it was soy based, she said no. Basically it is thick Teriyaki sauce, which is not hot, and based on Soy. Very dangerous that they don't even know what they sell. We also ordered loaded fries. Big mistake. Diced tomatoes on fries in desperate need if salt. Then came the wings. Mine was completely cold. My wife got her wings very hot. I told the waiter that my wings were cold. They just microwaved it. Brought it back with no carrot and celery, which is one of each mind you. I asked for it, they brought me a plate of veggy and then charged me over $7 for it. I told the waiter about it and they took it off. The experience was that we should be grateful that we got served. All this happened while we were the second table getting filled. So not busy. Very bad management, expensive food, bad experience. What a shame, used to be a nice place before. We paid about...

Scam. My two friends and I ordered at 6:40pm cocktails, 2x1 before 7pm was the option that was offered to us. We ordered 3 mojitos that were fine, nothing special, not a lot of alcohol in it (of course). Then later we asked for our other drink, and it was lemon water. Literally no alcohol at all, not even sugar. We asked for the waitress to taste it to prove it. Then we saw the bartender, who apparently was a different one, pouring a tiny sip of liquor in our drinks. They said we had to pay extra to add more. They were lying about it, and the drinks really tasted like paracetamol. Worst drink ever. What a shame because the place isn’t that bad. It’s a sports bar....

Aparte de un excelente servicio y una comida deliciosa, me permito decir que el personal de este lugar son las personas más amables, afines, y preocupadas por la buena estadía del cliente en sus instalaciones, personalmente he tenido la experiencia de mi vida por cierta situación presentada mientras estuve ahí, obteniendo por parte de las saloneras, los bartender y la misma gerente, la atención a mi situación de una forma sutil y eficaz, demostrándome que aún existe gente pura vida, gente con ganas de hacer las cosas diferente, y mostrar su lado humano. Gracias infinitas @Laura @Jonathan @Danny @Angie, y el resto del personal que no conozco sus nombres, pero no olvidaré lo que viví esta tarde con ustedes. Los amo♥️
