Disaster of a Dining Experience Our recent visit to [Restaurant Name] was an absolute catastrophe. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of appalling. The wait for our food was excruciatingly long, and to make matters worse, the children's meals arrived well after the adults' had been served. This caused unnecessary distress and upset, especially as one of the pizzas was incorrect. To compound the issue, a member of our party had to wait an additional ten minutes for their meal, despite repeated requests. While one waiter was apologetic and offered to compensate us for the unacceptable delay, the situation took a dramatic turn when the manager intervened. Their behavior was nothing short of aggressive and confrontational. They completely undermined the waiter's efforts to rectify the situation by refusing to honor the offer of a free meal. The manager's behavior was shocking and unprofessional, resorting to emotional blackmail by claiming they would personally pay for the meal. To top it all off, the food itself was mediocre at best. I wanted to visit this place despite the several bad reviews on Tripadvisor, it's said to be a family business so I wanted to give it a chance. I ordered seafood pasta and it was tasty until I almost choked on something sharp. I was eating much more cautiously from this moment but later I got out 4 fish bones out of a single fork of pasta. I called for an owner politely asking to not to include this in our check, but he rapidly took the plate away and scolded me over trying to return half-eaten dish as I was trying to rip him off. I told him that I wasn't aware of possible fish bones in my pasta so this was a nasty surprise for me. He replied that fish has bones, he works really hard and nobody complained about anything. I paid for the whole dinner, and told him to enjoy his hard earned money, while I was choking on his food. Again he told me that every fish has bones as if I was complaining about an apple having a core, so I wished him to enjoy every single bone in his own food then and left. I hope I won't need an ambulance. Horrible service! My husband ordered Seafood Spaghetti. After a while he chocked by something sharp. We thought it was a shell and didn’t mind it. After a half portion he found 4 FISH BONES in a single spoon. We politely ask to not count this dish because he might find another bones. And other dishes was okay. Then the owner came and literally yelled at us saying that these bones are our problem. And he work hard today. Really? We didn’t to eat here? Try to find fish bones in pasta, that’s nearly impossible. The menu doesn’t indicate that spaghetti contains fish by the way. The owner after a short argue ask us to leave BUT pay for all dishes.
