Decided to have a meal here after an evening out (Saturday 24/06 early hours). Got my meal and noticed that I did not have the WiFi password on the paper that I received with the order number. I contacted the staff and was told that I should have received a receipt in addition to the paper with order number (which I did not). I told them I did not receive it, they told me multiple times that I should have (I know I should have at this point, I was told so three times already, this is not helping). Was asked to wait, waited for some time, was given the receipt with the WiFi password. No problem. Came back to my table - my meal was not there. It's was either cleared or stolen while I was getting the WiFi password. I told staff about it, was ignored. I repeated myself multiple times and they told me to step aside. I kept asking them how I can get a refund or a new meal, I have not had a single byte. I was COMPLETELY ignored. It was like: "Excuse me, my meal has disappeared from my table, can you help me?", and I kept being ignored quietly or getting replies like "Sir, please step aside, we need to serve customers". I snapped, a threw the receipt, left. Then I returned and asked for the WiFi password, as if I am being just blatantly ignored, I want to leave a review. Still silence, and "step aside please". Worst KFC experience, would never advise anyone eating here. I you really want fast food - get it somewhere else. Not only food gets stolen here, when you have a problem, staff just ignore you. How hard would it be to get me another meal? If you're afraid so much of me lying, check the cameras. I am a calmest individual, but this blatant rudeness, unprofessionalism, and ignoring customers with a problem just really made me angry. HOWEVER, the negative review comes from how the staff were. They were kind, yes, BUT! One of the younger women (who packed our food) came walking out with tissue paper in hand, where she dried her mouth with it, then her hands, and didn’t sanitize her hands before touching food. It made my girlfriend and I unsure whether to eat the food. The black lady at the front desk taking our order was nice, but as she was taking our order, she had her finger in her ear scratching. She didn’t touch our food, but it´s just the outward signal.
My girlfriend also noticed that the same lady with the tissue paper also cleaned/blew her nose in tissue paper and threw it away, but didn’t clean her...

Несколько сотрудников(6-7 «человек»), полностью под кайфом принимали заказ и готовили. Одна из сотрудниц(габаритная)-даже с насмешкой приняла наш заказ(делая вид что не понимает Английский, не понимает что такое боксмастер). Другая блондинка-, демонстративно жевала жевательную резинку, проявляя неуважение к нам. Вообщем взяли мы заказ- полное разочарование, боксмастер наш знакомый, был не в коробках, а просто так, и в каком состоянии, мы им сказали что еда не свежая, какой то голубоглазый хам говорит покажите, вообщем выбросили прям в мусорку и вышли голодные и злые в большом шоке
Подобное поведение «персонала» является НЕДОПУСТИМЫМ нарушением стандартов обслуживания клиентов. Я ожидаю, что руководство кафе ( если оно есть) проведет служебное расследование и примет соответствующие меры дисциплинарного воздействия к виновным сотрудникам. Кроме того, я рассчитываю на получение компенсации за некачественное обслуживание и испорченный визит." 07/30/2024 we encountered extremely disrespectful attitude from the "staff" of this KFC establishment. Several workers (6-7 "people"), took the order and cooked. One of the employees - even took our order with a sneer (pretending not to understand English, not understanding what a boxmaster is). Another blonde worker demonstratively chewed gum, showing disrespect to us. In general, we took the order - complete disappointment, the boxmaster known to us, was not in boxes, just in papers , we told them that the food was not fresh, some blue-eyed boor says “show us”, we threw it straight into the trash and left hungry and angry in great shock.
Such behavior of the "staff" is an UNACCEPTABLE violation of customer service standards. I expect that the management of the cafe (if there is one) will conduct an internal investigation and take appropriate disciplinary action against the guilty employees.
