This was the first time we visited the larnaca store. We were very disappointed with the way the manager dealt with service issues. We ordered 3 items, the butter milk chicken came as a starter.. 35 minutes later our two mains did not come while two tables that came after us received both their starters and their mains. When we asked where our food is, the first response was an immediate excuse that there was a delay because only two pizzas can be baked at a time.. by the way 4 pizzas were served before us of which 2 of them were the same as our order. We understand that mistakes happen, but the way it was handled was unacceptable and unprofessional . When the bill came I said that at the very least he owed us an apology instead of all the excuses, and his response was “I owe you an apology, for what?” Which was followed by more excuses about the oven and then he finally revealed that they gave the pizza to the wrong table.. this all could have been averted if he had simply been honest with us from the beginning instead of all these excuses. It is very frustrating for a customer to sit there and watch all the tables that came after them receive their order. The manager had zero service skills and could not handle a very simple issue, and we were not even that fussy as customers, imagine how he reacts with...

Me and my partner wanted to check out what was on offer to eat in the evening at the Larnaca Municipal Market and decided to go for the Italian option. The atmosphere could've been fine but the music conflicted with the music from the place next door. I was disappointed not to see any vegan options in the menu so I asked if there was a vegan option to which I was told that the Vegetariana could be made vegan with vegan cheese which I thought was great. The pizza came and almost immediately I could see that the cheese was not vegan. When I asked the waiter of the cheese was actually vegan, he asked if I had eaten any and seemed relieved when I said I hadn't. The pizza was taken away and a new pizza without cheese was the replacement. The explanation was that they don't actually have vegan cheese so I thought that making a pizza with cow's milk cheese was not good at all. We got the truffle ravioli as a starter and they came cold. When we asked the waiter kindly if this was supposed to be cold (knowing it wasn't), he checked with the kitchen and came back saying that the surrounding mascarpone is supposed to be cold. However, we mentioned again that the ravioli itself was cold inside out, indicating a non fresh cook and also leaving us with a bad experience. The waiter only apologized but we got charged for it full price anyway.

The pizzas were okay, however since where we were seating was cold, I did not fully enjoy the environment and the truffle ravioli issue ruined my whole food experience there.
