Great food, fast service. Recommend schnitzel and kabobs. Good Burgers too. The Dinner Rush is really crowded. Everyone is reserving seats and making Faustian deals an hour before they even arrive or order food. Bad culture, got into a fight with another family over a table. Crazy! Literally fight for tables.

My advice, order to go, go home or to your hotel, have a nice and quiet meal, and avoid the horror show that happens after 5:00 pm. Not worth the headache or aggravation of fighting people over seats.

A word to the owner - please start the practice of reservations with a non-refundable reservation fee. This should help ease the tension between customers and foster a more polite and pleasant culture in your restaurant. As for takeout, it's best to operate with online ordering, that way you can reduce the chaos - special requests and allergies must be orders that are ordered in person, otherwise what you see is what you get on the online ordering menu, no...

This should have been a 4 star review

Overall, food was good. Had the veggie/egglant aryes. Solid flavour in a toasted pita.

The problem I had was that one of the employees (who wore gloves while handling raw food) cross contaminated the multiple areas.

After putting gloves on, he used his hands to put raw burger patties and raw chicken breasts on the flat top

After, while wearing the same gloves, he closed the containers where the beef and chicken are stored, contaminating both containers.

The biggest issue for me was that after that, while wearing the same gloves, he used both hands and scooped out French fries to place in fryer baskets. It was after that he removed his gloves

My veggie dish was prepared and packed by another person so I felt ok, but tossed the fries and I didn’t know what batch...

We went there and it was busy. We were told it would be a 20-30 minute wait and it ended up being nearer an hour. Though this was a bit frustrating I would have let it go.

The food was quite alright actually and what I was expecting for a falafel/shawarma place.

Now I'm genuinely not one to leave bad reviews, never left one before..... however my main issue was that one of the chefs/guys serving the food was unbelievably rude/borderline aggressive. Sure he was under pressure as the restaurant had clearly taken more orders than they could handle in a reasonable time. This guy's attitude though was off the scale bad, I've never experienced anything like it, anywhere in the world, in any restaurant...ever. Felt like a sucker for spending my money there...

In the restaurant it feels like sauna. Unpleasant to stand there to order when personnel don't pay attention. I had the falafel which was good in taste but tooo expensive €8 for a tiny pita. The half of the tiny pita is €6, also you have to ask for sauce because normally they don't put. Obviously profiteering of this. Meat looks greazy and not appetising, messy kitchen with the ladies. Not recommended.
