Excelent dinner location. Exquisite food, nice interier, professional and friendly stuff. Kitchen equipe is the finest, every dish comimg from there was a revelation. Soup of the day, carrot, warm, hearty and full of flavours. Veal, melting in mouth, subtle and fresh. Paired with tuna mayo, subtle greens, capars and light, fluffy cooked yolk. All four main dishes were devine: Schnitzel was the best I've ever had. Meat was even softer then it's breading, which was crispy and flavourfull. Pork cheeks in vine were nice, with silk clean potato mash, ideal for the souce. Risotto with mushrooms, al dente, quite thick, sticky, filled with parmiggiano cheese. Full lot of flavour. Delicioso... And the star of the evening is boar tenderloin with full, sweet accent of red pepper. Strong wine or porto based souce with plums, essention. It can make you scream of delight. Gnocchi in butter and herbs, splendid, ideal to collect some souce on and submerge yourself again in a pond of pleasure this dish provides you with. Revelation. For reasonable money....

I told our server that this meal was in my top 10 meals of all times. I’ve travelled the world and eaten in top restaurants and Archway has them beat. Kudos to the chef. I had the pork cheeks and savoured every bite. So good. The ambiance and decor is warm, cozy, and so inviting. The wine list is ample and we enjoyed a fabulous local Cabernet. Restaurace Archway v Hradci Králové je naprosto výjimečným místem, které bych doporučila každému, kdo hledá skvostné gastronomické zážitky.

Už od samotného vstupu nás přivítala příjemná atmosféra a profesionální obsluha, která se postarala o každé naše přání.

Začali jsme výběrem předkrmů – Pikantní tuňákové sashimi a Carpaccio z tygřích krevet. Oba pokrmy byly naprosto vynikající – tuňák s velmi pikantními tóny a krevety s neuvěřitelnou chutí, dokonale připravené. Jediný malý podnět k zamyšlení by bylo, že k sashimi by se spíše hodila malá miska teplé rýže než rozpečené pečivo, nebo ideálně obojí, aby si každý mohl vychutnat autentický zážitek.

Jako hlavní chod jsme si zvolili Filet Mignon, což byla opravdu exkluzivní volba. Maso bylo dle našeho přání středně propečené, křehké a šťavnaté, a jeho kombinace s pak choi salátem na přepuštěném másle, batátovými hranolky a krémovou omáčkou z šalotky a zeleného pepře byla naprosto fenomenální. Každé sousto bylo oslavou chutí.

Navíc jsme si díky doporučení majitele vychutnali nádherné víno Susumaniello Puglia, které se dokonale hodilo k celkovému menu a podtrhlo skvělý zážitek.

Nechyběla ani sladká tečka na závěr, nejen lahodný, ale i krásný čokoládový fondant.

Celkový dojem z návštěvy je naprosto skvostný.

Vynikající jídlo, skvělá obsluha a příjemná atmosféra dělají toto místo ideálním pro každého, kdo si chce dopřát nezapomenutelný kulinářský zážitek.
