Cafe Azyl — Restaurant in okres Karlovy Vary

Cafe Azyl is located on the street and overlooking the river in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic. We enjoyed main courses of Salmon and Pasta. It was necessary to order a side at an extra cost as the salmon was served with only a few decorative vegetables. The cheesecake and chocolate cake were a delicious end to our meal. The honey cake was a little on the dry side even with the generous serving of cream. Our server was polite and attentive and the service was quick enough. It gave us time to enjoy the ducks and the evening sun. All in all a lovely meal and reasonably priced …. And they accepted...

Very bad service! Horrible stuff! And expensive! - just as you can see in many other opinions!! NOT RECOMMENDABLE!

We wanted to have a drink here today, but as I sat and took the menu from the other table, the waiter started to screem first in check and then I English that this is a restaurant and I shouldn't take it by my own! And took the menu from my hands!! So he kind of kicked us out! And actually he did as a favor since as you can see here the prices are too high! You can find much cheaper places and much friendlier stuff!! Be careful...

Firstly let me say that the food is good..overpriced, but good. Service, however, was lousy. Their patio is quite large, but the interior is small with very few tables. Because it was 9 degrees outside, we naturally wanted to sit indoors. They kept the door open the whole time..so not only was it freezing inside, all the cigarette smoke from the patio was wafting indoors. The waiters looked bored and uninterested in serving tables. By the time I was asked for a second glass of wine, I was finished eating. Don't waste...
