To start off with, the service was very quick in terms of ordering and drinks arriving. A smile would always be welcome and would suggest this becomes a culture here, maybe learn from the male waiter.

The way the food came made no sense, first and main courses coming at strange moments. No logic at all. And it took what felt like a day to come.

And then the food. One positive was the mushroom soup. Really nice. But after that everything else was beyond poor. Greek salad has taken on a new form (see pictures). One tomato on a salad, grilled cheese that was so artificial. And for some reason plates are a rare it seems due to when finishing your meal the plate must go quickly.

Add to this that toilets were not clean and no lock on the mens.

In summary, a tourist trap but with only one positive on the food front. Just expect to pay a tourist premium for basic offering and a very poor offering at...

They didn't told me,they are giving on the bill automatically 10% of tips from totally amount !!!!??⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️for what ? Worst restaurant in Karlovy Vary for sure. The blonde waitress is absolutely the worst, she is super rude and full of herself. We came here because it was close to the river and cheap but even with cheaper prices the food still manages to disappoint. They brought us toasts with French fries that were not cooked and the toast was made with loaf bread and was smaller than my hand, the cheese was on the outside of the toast and on the inside there was gigantic slices of onions that were almost bigger than the toast itself. At the end of our meal we asked for an apple strudel that had a dead fly inside. This was the most disgusting restaurant ever.
