Pizzeria Asti — Restaurant in okres Karlovy Vary

There was a CHICKEN BONE mixed in with the french fries that definitely didn't belong there and we didn't even get an apology.

Of course we immediately (and politely) asked the waitress about it. However they did not give any apology and immediately took the french fries with the chicken bone away and acted like it didn't happen. They acted like we lied and I regretted not making a photo. I wanted to pay but I first wanted at least an apology, so they called the police. The police were very understanding but made it clear that they don't legally have to apologize and I should pay now which I did. The police also encouraged me to file a report at the food safety agency and kind of implied that this has happened before at this restaurant.

If you don't want leftovers possibly mixed in with your food DO NOT GO HERE! They make it all look nice but beware of what you might find.

About the reply: they kept saying that they don't have chicken bone on their menu which is a ridiculous statement that has nothing to do with the problem. If you happen to pass by this restaurant like we did, please do yourself a favor and do not go inside. The place looks cosy from outside with diverse Italian menu. Nevertheless, Their service is the lowest. The waiter and waitress are very rude . Service was very slow and when we mentioned we were waiting for the food for over 30 mins they were commenting behind our backs it’s not McDonalds. Yes it’s not yet your service is worse than at McDonald’s. When we asked how long the dish takes to prepare we were told 10-15 mins. Please try to not make promises you can’t fulfill and be more guest oriented next time. I feel bad about their kitchen staff because the food was great and the service ruined the actual job. Guys if you are so arrogant and rude with your guests please do not work with people. In order to work in service industry you need to be people loving person and not people hating like I observed today.
