Pretty much all of the steaks we ordered weren't prepared the way we ordered it. They weren't cooked long enough. Even the swine was still very red. So a couple of them were sent back into the kitchen, but the result still wasn't satisfying unfortunately.
Some of us ordered steak, the others burgers. When the steaks arrived, they just told us: the burgers will be here in 10 minutes. So when we were done with the steaks, the burgers arrived...
In the end we ordered an extra portion of fries, which they forgot about. We then had to ask again and it finally arrived when all of us were basically on the way out, leaving the person who ordered it having to eat it in a hurry. They still charged us for it of course.
We generelly felt a bit neglected. We didn't have enough cutlery for example, and they didn't notice / weren't there for us to fix it, so we had to get it ourselves from another table.
In the end, I think the place has potential, the food in itself was of good quality / tasty and there was a nice vibe. We just felt they didn't really care about us, maybe because we were loud in the beginning, which they told us about 5 minutes after we arrived. They were right, so we adapted and were quiet after that. The steaks should be prepared the way they are ordered, that would be a big improvement.
Interestingly there was a 10% tip automatically added to the bill, but I guess that's...

Answer 1: The restaurant was far from being full (which means people were not under any pressure to justify the bad humor), and the waiter was busy just on his phone. To sit in a free chair is far away from being arrogant, my dear. I am really sorry if you are not able to simply manage the clients changing their seats when the restaurant is not full. If you are not able to take criticism and put a smile on your employers face, that's not my business. I was very polite, I asked nicely and I had a big smile on my face all the time. Learn from my culture how to treat people nicely once you mentioned that. A friendly reminder: It does not cost to be nice, and friendly maners have nothing to do with culture. There are good and bad people all...
Read moreIf you want to pay in cash then pay in CZK. If the upfee for paying in cash in € is around 1/5 of the total bill then this smells like a touristtrap. The food was solid but nothing special and the steaks for my understanding of medium rare slightly undercooked.
If 10€ upfee per 100€ is the case then you may explain in „your own manner“ why you wanted to charge 101€ for a 82€ bill.
I also do not understand how you get the idea that I do not know how to behave in a restaurant. I have neither misbehaved in the restaurant nor behaved improperly towards the staff. I even paid for a meal without grumbling, that was returned because we made a mistake when ordering. But if you can't handle criticism or don't want to hear that your food is not the best in town then you react like that. In Germany we say to this "...
