Oysterium Wine & Oyster Bar — Restaurant in okres Karlovy Vary

I walked by this place, stopped at the window, and a friendly guy with some serious marketing talent encouraged me to come in to have oysters. At first I thought he was the owner of the place. Then I realized he's only a good friend - and a healthy customer- of the restaurant ))

I don't have oysters very often, but can definitely tell if they are good. Living on the adventurous side, I told the (real) owner that I'd be in for an oyster of their choosing and a shot of Vodka... because why not!

The wild Atlantic oyster I got was super fresh, well balanced and very palatable. Pairing it with vodka was a first for me, but I enjoyed how smooth everything tasted.

In short, the oysters and vodka were great, but the experience at this place was definitely memorable. If you ever run into someone "from Budapest" with round glasses and a small belly, just remember he's a very friendly guy... and don't do shots...

Visited this gem in Karlovy Vary for a special occasion - partner’s birthday. We were greeted with a very tasteful complimentary sparkling wine that was for sure not from the cheap list. I was simply stunned with the amazing quality and freshness of the oysters, ambiance, the extensive wine list, and the kindness and helpfulness of Tetyana, the host.
