This restaurant brings a damage to a local community. My flat is located in the same building and the owners keep breaking the “quiet hours” law by organizing parties and celebrations every week, often on Sundays or even week days, when normal people are trying to get some sleep before work. Those parties are always accompanied by an extremely loud music, singing/dancing and the bass coming from the speakers, so the floor in our apartment is literally shaking. All the requests to turn off the music and respect the “quiet hours” law are being totally ignored.
