Nice little spot. The food is great, the guys who run it are amazing and welcoming. The chicken is always perfectly cooked and flavourful. I recommend the bento box for a perfecly balanced meal, with some carbs (onigiri), protein (chicken) and vegetables (salad). It's not the most affordable place in Prague, but quality has a price and I am happy they are not cutting corners on their source ingredients (which they will happily talk about if you ask). The price is still absolutely reasonable by the way, just not "cheap" for Prague standards. We stumbled upon Carlitos randomly today and we are so glad that we did! The food was amazing, the menu is entirely gluten and lactose free and there are so many vegan options. We ordered the chicken and two nigiris. The food was absolutely amazing with lots of fresh, bright and herbal flavors. But definitely the best part of our experience was meeting the staff, who managed to create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere!
