We recently visited this sushi restaurant and had an overall pleasant experience. Here are some detailed thoughts on various aspects of our visit:

Sushi: The sushi here was great and flavorful. While we enjoyed it, we've had even better sushi experiences in Prague. Sashimi: The sashimi was good, though not particularly juicy. They were fresh and well-prepared, but didn't quite stand out as exceptional. Dishes Ordered: We ordered a variety of items including ebi tempura, kappuru set, S/M Garden, Signature SM Foie Gras, Pink Alaska, and California roll. One thing that stood out was the generous portion sizes – the sushi pieces were really large. The ebi tempura was standard, nothing extraordinary, but the other dishes were quite satisfying.

Service: The service was excellent. All the waitstaff were very attentive and kind. When our orders arrived, they took the time to explain each sushi and sashimi selection in detail, which added a nice touch to the dining experience. We appreciated their attentiveness and the effort they put into making sure we understood what we were eating.

Ambiance: The interior design of the restaurant was cute and inviting. However, the tables were a bit small and positioned quite close to each other, which made the space feel a little cramped. Despite this, the overall ambiance was pleasant and contributed to a cozy dining experience.

Extra Touches: We found it very gracious that they provided hot towels to clean our hands when we sat down. It’s these small details that enhance the dining experience and show a level of care for the customers.

Downside: One thing that did leave a negative impression was the 30 CZK packaging fee added to our bill because we couldn't finish all our food. Given that we had ordered quite a lot for two people, it felt strange and somewhat disappointing to be charged extra for taking leftovers home. This is something that the restaurant might want to reconsider, as it can detract from an otherwise positive dining experience.

Overall, it was a good experience with some standout positives, especially in terms of service and food quality. However, there are a few areas, like the packaging fee and the cramped table arrangement, that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend it, but with some reservations.

Lastly, it’s worth mentioning that the prices at this restaurant are on the higher side. While the sushi portions are quite large and the quality is good, the overall cost is still quite expensive. This could be a consideration for those who are budget-conscious, as the high prices may not justify the experience...

Very nice restaurant with wide selection of Japanese food. Good choice for groups as everyone will find something they like: tempura, karaage, sushi, ramen, yakitori, takoyaki, okonomiyaki, raisubaga, desserts... there is a lot to choose from.

I have 25+ visits to date, both lunch and dinner time. I'd recommend focusing on this restaurants strong sides, which in my opinion are dishes you seldom find elsewhere in Prague like raisubagas (definitely try it!), okonomiyaki or takoyaki. Tempura is really good too. As for sushi, it's definitely better than average but there are better choices.

Staff is always very polite and attentive. They serve hot towels (oshibori) before meal throughout the year. Oshibori is taken away before your meal arrives though, so you can't use them to clean your fingers.

Quality is consistent, and each dish looks and tastes 95% of the time exactly the same as the previous time, so you get exactly what you expect if you're a regular guest.

Both interior and exterior (in summer) seating is pleasant. Good music, familiar...

This restaurant was my favourite, go-to place for several years. Today I visited with my sister to make her try my favourites. I always recommended to people I know, take them to this restaurant. Today on way to the restaurant, I checked the google reservation system. For 2-3 hours there was enough space to book every times. So I didn’t make a reservation because I was about to be arrived in 5 minutes. But when I visited, one guy told to the waitress to give some a table which is looking at the wall, can’t seat properly with my company. I wouldn’t spend 1500-2000kc for which I cannot seat properly. :( I saw several empty tables, asked to seat another table. They say all reserved. I didn’t see any reservation card or reservation system is booked in their google calendar. Hopefully the manager can manage the reservation system on website properly. And to the owner, If I were this business owner I wouldn’t make a table for that area. Nobody will want to sit and spend big...

This is not a ramenshop, it's a japanese/asian fusion restaurant. So ramen is just one of the dishes on a complex menu. And i definitely think, it may be much more sensible to order different food here. For more than 300 czk feels their shoyu sloppy and flat. Half of the shiitake head on the top was a telling sign right in the moment when the bowl was served. On the bright side soup (chicken chintan) is shoyu forward, but that's it, not much complexity there. Chashu was dry and served in cold style. Menma wasn't bad, but i doubt it was made in house. Ajitama was seasoned well with a surprising hint of five spice, but that could be just my imagination. Thin style of noodles fitted well, but they was mediocre at the best. The most expensive ramen in Prague is now around 350 czk for a bowl, for that kind of price it should be more thoughtful. But again, this is not a ramenshop. Interior is very nice and the service is great.

I arrived together with my friend to celebrate her birthday. She always wanted go try this place out. I We ordered lots. Firstly we got some simple chicken scewers, sushi set and an octopus balls as a finish. Skewers were very tasty, well seasoned and the meat was just sliding off. Then when it somes to the sushi itself - quite on the pricier side, sure, but definitely worth it. Smooth and tasty, full of flavour yet not heavy. You get a nice variety in each set. Once we got to the octopus balls, I was quite full but I still managed to eat few. And I'm glad I did. Simply delicious. During the dinner we complimented it with a bice bottle of sake, which was nicely presented to us by a lovely and handsome waiter. So overall, I recommend paying here a visit. Prices are on the higher end of things but you are getting what you pay for.
