Chinese bistro Ji Xiang — Restaurant in Prague

It was extraordinary nice experience for me.

Lately, restaurants have stopped surprising me. But this one has its own charm—of course, the food is delicious, but that's not the main thing. We were served by the sweetest woman I've ever encountered in a restaurant—she was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and radiated a homely coziness, like the sun itself. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very homey—people would occasionally come in, chat with the woman, clearly regulars.

What impressed me was the absence of music—such a cozy soundtrack of silence and the clinking of forks on plates. I also liked that there wasn't a strong smell of food from the kitchen, which is common in many places, but not here. For me, this place is just perfect.
