I loved the food. First I had the burnt little gem and as a main course the deer. It tasted perfectly and I have nothing to complain about that!
What I do have to complain about is the service. We were seated away from the other guests and had horrible service. No smile, no questions asked about our experience of the food. We had to ask everything ourselves and the answers we got were short and one sided. For example: "Do you have a wine pairing?" Answer: "Look on the menu" Yeah sure I saw the menu but I'd still like to know what you recommend....
When I was almost done eating and took a break and sat back a bit she took my plate. My intention was to take some bread and dip that in the sauce I had saved.... She didn't ask, didn't look at me, just took the plate and left... When more of us were done she also took the half full bread basket with her (again without asking or eye contact) and we saw her eating some of the bread. Strange..
Because we were seated away from the other guests she kept coming to our table to look if we needed anything. This quickly became annoying.

Secondly, I was thoroughly impressed with the food presentation and flavors. I’d like to share my thoughts on each dish I had the pleasure of trying:
Starter: A truly delightful tartare with earthy notes from the truffles, complemented by the creamy undertones of foie gras.
Soup: A spectacular creation for those who, like me, enjoy creamy soups. The flavors paired wonderfully with the prawns.
Main: This was my first time trying a dish like this, so I find it difficult to put into words. However, it was evident that true love and care went into its preparation, and I can only praise the chef for their exceptional work!
Dessert: Just wow! It was creatively crafted and perfectly delicate.

Read moreI’ll preface my 4/5 stars by saying that I don’t hand out 5 stars for every restaurant, and in my mind, 4/5 is a very strong rating. I wish I could offer fractional stars on Google reviews but such is life.
Our server was absolutely impeccable and the entire staff treated us incredibly. Very impressed by the server and staff, especially since we asked him to help us out in English and we didn’t speak the native language. We really appreciated that.
The veal tongue is the dish that stood out as the star of our order. I cannot believe how tender and flavorful it was. Truly a dish that you have to order!
We got the cabbage soup which was also pretty darn good! I added just a smidgen of black pepper and it was perfect for my taste. The crunchy onions + brussel sprouts + yogurt + soup all must be on the spoon to get the perfect bite.
We also ordered the beef neck tartare with caviar and that dish was on point. The combination of caviar with the tartare was 9/10. The dish sits on a potato pancake-like bed that complements it very very well.
