Nice little coffee place with kind staff. The food was nice but for example the marshmallows on the top of the hot chocolate were dry (the bag was probably opened for a while), or the cheddar omelette in their burger didn't have a strong cheddar taste (my partner and my friend took it, but I have no picture of this one). Overall it was good but not amazing and we expected it to be better. They also had many cakes options and maybe that's what we should have tried ! The place looks nice and we had a nice moment, I totally see myself reading there during the afternoon with a drink 😊 To conclude : don't expect it to be the best place for your brunch, but definitely a good one for a chill afternoon

The food is good, but the service and atmosphere was honestly a bit weird… playing emo rock Christmas music at 8am is an interesting decision, and not really the vibe most people want for their morning coffee. The staff are also not the most welcoming - we tried to order food only to be told ‘not now’, asked another server and she took our order without issue, although the food came out and the order was wrong (although credit to the waitress who noticed across the cafe and came over to sort this quickly). The wifi is good, so (as long as you have headphones) it is a good place to work for a while, but I wouldn’t rush back in a hurry!

A lovely cafe with a great interior, reliable Wifi and a killer Mocha. We visited a couple of times as it was right around the corner from our flat. It gets really busy around lunch time and brunch weekends, so reserve a table if you don't like waiting. Menu is available in English and staff are friendly if you end up getting their attention. Main complaint is that staff are unattentive (or at least they were when we were there). On our last visit, our coffee (the main reason for our visit) also took forever and also arrived cold. Other than that, totally recommend if you need to kill a few hours on a laptop.

Incredibly rude service! The food and waiter were great, but when the lentil soup came it came with ham (I am a vegetarian). The waiter apologised and took it away and all was good. When I came to pay the peson behinf the desk (Natalia) attempted to make me pay for the soup. It took 10 minutes of arguing abd her refusing to give me the name of the manager or owner to get her to remove it from the bill. An incredibaly stressful situation and one I have never experienced in many years of living in Prague.

(Edit: It is not possible to reply to a reply here so I am adding further comments here.)

I am surprised by your reply to be honest. Some additional information:

(1) I asked what soup and the waiter just told me about this one. If he had menioned the opther would have chosen it

(2) In any restaurant anywhere in the world that I have been to if a customer says 'oh sorry this has meat in it I'm a vegetarian' the waiter would take it away and the customer woudl not be charged. I cannot beleive you instruct yoru staff to argue with the customer in situations like these and demand payment. To force a 10 minute argument before not charging for the soup is a...

It’s a halfway bistro cafe. I am not huge fan of „factory interiors“, which has resigned from individuality and comfort of privacy. Here too, we find small androgynous tables stacked side by side, so we ourselves, we feel like a serial production, to which the equipment is ostentatiously tight. Privacy is suppressed, it is not possible to hear work and family troubles the next table. Not exactly a friendly environment seems to urge you to sit just for a while and leave soon. But it’s highly reversed by nice, helpful, and also quite professional service. The discrepancy of negative and positive, this is what I find also in the offer. Drinks are of good quality, I really appreciate the wine choice. In the times of Prosecco, it’s more and more complicated to find good wine in cafés, moreover, not many people are truly understanding wine in Czech republic. But the sweets has disappointed me. It cannot be said that they are not tasty, but it’s taste is driven out by so much salt, it stays on the tongue even days after eating… It’s similar to glutamate or nitrite in smoked products – only people who can’t bake need such additives, I would expect more from such a level of café… It’s all in the average, but I will be glad to come...

I stayed nearby while visiting Prague and went to this café twice. The first time was great — the staff were very friendly, which made me want to back again. However, during my second visit, I had a very unpleasant experience. A woman with blonde hair and glasses took my order with a noticeably rude attitude. When the receipt was printed, she didn’t hand it to me but threw it on the table. I was shocked — I have lived in Europe for more than three years and have never been treated like this before. As an Asian, I felt clearly disrespected, and her behavior came across as discriminatory. Fortunately, the barista who made my coffee was polite and kind. Overall, the mixed experience makes it hard for me to give a high rating, despite my positive...
