Great place… usually. I came here a couple of time but I’ll give 3 star now because of the service quality we had today. I don’t usually do this but I think management should do something about one of the barman we met. One with a piercing on the nose. My friend had a beer that was not finished (agreed a small quantity remained). The barman tried to take it but my friend politely said he wanted to finish the last drop in a couple of minutes. Followed some drama that in Czech Republic people don’t care about such « a spit of beer ». Who cares? Honestly…. When you pay, you decide when a beer is finished. Especially that there was plenty of clean glasses available behind, despite the mention that they « needed » this specific glass… anyway… service quality is not just about pouring a beer and one should remember this. The place is easy enough to find, close to main tram stops and with plenty of food options inside and around. The staff are so friendly, smiling, chilled... perfect! Even though the place was full, there were no massive queues to get drinks and we didn't have to wait long at all at any point to be served.

Everyone around seemed to be having a nice time, enjoying good local beer, taking a glimpse of the brewery, which you can see from the tables, or viewing the funny drawings across one of the walls.

The general vibe is laid back and friendly. Coats can be hung or left in areas near the tables without a worry. Tables are big and shared, standing or with benches. And the music is quite cool too.

This was the first and last time I go to this venue. At the cashier I asked for a grilled hermelin, nothing complicated. The cashier told me I would have to wait 10 minutes. OK no problem. Unfortunately I had to wait almost 30 minutes while I saw all the other customers being served. All this having to stay there and wait without being able to be with my friends. Eventually I went back to ask to find that they had simply forgotten about my order. If there's one thing I don't tolerate in restaurants and bars, it's when they forget what you ordered, that's very annoying.
