Hostinec U Jendy — Restaurant in Prague

Last night in Prague and we decided to go out for a sit down meal and after seeing the high reviews for the place we decided to go here. When we got there to be welcomed by the un-eary silence of an empty restaurant, We knew something was up and when the food came out we knew why. The food obviously from the local Tesco express prepared by some child explained why no one was here. We left a majority of our food and I'm certain these reviews are bought.

A really cozy little restaurant serving local food at an affordable price. We had the pork schnitzel, a salad, sausage, sirloin and dumpling in gravy, plus a pasta in beef ragout to go. (four five years later, the same thing) I would heartily recommend U Jendy, it has become the go-to place for our yearly visits to Prague. Really good food and the great service by Tomaš and Jenda.
