Chtel bych upozornit ostatni: minimalne v jednom pripade maji stejny nazev pro dve rozdilna jidla a jedno stoji 179,- a druhe 329,- v mem pripade slo o “filirovany roastbeef” s vedomim ze chci predkrm k pivu za 179,- . Dostal jsem ten za 329,-. Jako zakaznik to nepoznam, predpokladam ze jsem dostal jidlo s nazvem, ktery jsem rekl obsluze. Pri placeni samozrejme nastal rozpor. Potud v poradku. Kdyby prisla omluva a sebereflexe, je to hodné dyska. Hodnotim ovsem velmi negativne reakci obsluhy. Tri zeny ( z toho pouze jedna servirka, u ktere jsem platil) se zacaly hadat, ze mi daly ten drazsi a ze to mam poznat. Bohuzel nevim kdo byly zbyle dve zeny. Pravdepodbne byla jedna kucharka, ktera vyvolavala ze zavola sefa a byla zvlastnim zpusobem utocna, nevim proc, podnik v zastopeni servirky udelal chybu, ze neupozornil zakaznika, ze maji dve jidla se stejnym nazvem, mohly se omluvit a proaktivne navrhnout reseni. Ne, sly opacnym smerem. Chci zde hodnotit nezakaznicky pristup, ktery byl krajne nepatricny, predevsim vzhledem k poloze podniku. Nechapu negativni emoce zminenych pritomnych dvou (asi zamestnankyn). Nikdo se s nimi nebavil a jejich kolegyne udelala chybu, ze se nezeptala zakaznika jestli chce ten roastbeef za 179,- nebo ten drazsi, ktery se jmenuje stejne ale stoji 329,-. Pokud by mely byt na nekoho nazlobene, tak by to mela byt jejich kolegyne, ktera udelala chybu a nehodlala ji moc uznat a diky ni nastal tento problem. Rozhodne by to nemel byt zakaznik. Nakonec ji uznala, nicmene ja jsem byl z cele atmosfery tohoto podniku tak zklamany ze jsem ji zaplatil ten drazsi pokrm aniz bych si ho objednal abych byl uz pryc. Co me na tom mrzi nejvic je, ze zminene pani neumi prijimat konstruktivni kritiku a neumi se k problemu postavit celem (vytvari krajne negativni atmosferu okolo sebe). Uz se s takovymto agresivnim pristupem vytvarejicim jakoby utocne ovzdusi pro vsechny, moc nesetkavam, nicmene tento podnik predstavuje vyjimku. Dekuji, uz jsem nezavitam. Vim ze podniku tu nijak neublizi, ale s sefem bych si klidne promluvil, treba by se zamyslel a uznal ze jeden, na pismeno stejny nazev, pro dva ruzne pokrmy jeho podnik v ocich zakazniku mozna poskozuje vic nez zisk ktery na teto (budu verit) chybe utvori. Treba by to ovsem neuznal a choval se jako (asi) zamestnankyne tohoto podniku....

I ordered a burger, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. The meat tasted like it had been frozen and didn’t resemble a smash burger in any meaningful way (and yes, I mean a proper smash burger—thin, crispy edges, freshly smashed on the grill, not just a flattened patty). It lacked the freshness and flavor that you'd expect from a place aiming to serve quality burgers.
That said, the atmosphere was fine and the rest of the visit was decent. Not a bad spot overall, but the kitchen could definitely step up its game, especially if they want to compete with better burger joints...

Food - Taste: Excellent. One of the best I've had in Prague. We had the mushroom Risotto (vegetarian... there were about 3 solid veggie options on the menu) and the Lamb Chop, which was very tasty
Food - Value for Money: Excellent. Meal for two at 370 where other meals with similar quantities/menu slightly more towards the old town came out at 670-800 Koruna
Other: Food preparation time a bit slow, (20 minutes) but was pre-warned and the estimate was accurate. Ambience: I got the food takeaway but the inside seemed perfectly nice. This place will likely be a positive surprise compared to it's non-center location. Overall a very good...
