Although the area looked somewhat presentable, we were presented a menu which was not in English, they did not have any English menus. The waitress was not much help, despite being fluent in English, she made no attempt in assisting us in deciphering the menu, leaving us to attempt translation via google translate.
This level of un-professionalism was furthered when my mother asked if there were any vegetarian options, the response from the waitress were her sucking her teeth.
The only positive remark about this restaurant is the quality of the drinks. My mother and myself had some elderflower juice, whilst my father had a beer.
This experience was soon completely ruined, when the presence of a rat was made known as it scurried around us. Understandably startled by this, my mother quite rightly swiftly fled the scene, leaving the rest of her elderflower juice at the table. My father and I soon followed suit, by quickly downing our drinks.
My only regret was not filming the rodent to show that even though the place looked presentable, it was clearly dangerously unhygienic.

Read moreMy husband and I had a confirmed reservation for 19:45. We arrived exactly on time and informed the waitress about our reservation, only to be told that “there are no reservations” and that we could sit wherever we wanted. You chose to sit on the one dirty table?”. We found this comment to be unnecessarily rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. It created an unwelcoming atmosphere and left us feeling extremely uncomfortable. We requested to speak to a manager to address the situation, but we were told there was none present. We expressed our concerns to the staff before deciding to leave. We chose your restaurant expecting a pleasant evening, and instead we experienced dismissive and...
Read moreInteresting jazz atmosphere spoiled just by some kitchi paintings' exposition. Nice music. Large portions of good food for adequate prices. Only the fish in the fish and chips shall have less batter. Their tartar sauce was delicious. Fries were nothing special and seemed industrial. Their beer on the other hand was way too warm, undermeasure and simply not tasty. For the last reason we will unfortunately not be back. Staff was asking us way too often if we had other wishes which made us uncomfortable. Also when we told them about the beer temperature the large tall guy only dryly replied that they have this type of drwft machine and if he wanted to give us colder beer he would need to waste some beer in teh pipes and pay it from his pocket. Kind of a rude reply with...
