Šťastná Kavárna — Restaurant in Prague

It is quite and easy coffeeshop with very good quality of coffee tasty cakes poppy seed which was my choice had just the right ratio of filling/moisture/sweetness and you could see it was home made - take it as a compliment. They serve free bottle of water which is very pleasant. The odd side of this place are uncomfortable cheap chairs - plastic replicas of navratil or eams chairs and really dirty toilets. Each corner of floor, area around sink, weird plumbing mixture and also toilet needs brush and get cleaned properly. But as coffee was excellent and price/value is well over average 4stars...

Popped in here for lunch when we were waiting for our flight back. Lovely little shop, there are steps on the way down into the shop so it's not wheelchair accessible. There are tables inside and a bit further inside. The waitresses were very nice. They spoke English, which was really nice of them. They have a selection of cakes, sandwiches which they toast, hot and cold drinks, and pastries. Prices are really good. We had a matcha latte, a bottle of water, and two sandwiches. If you are vegetarian, there are two or so options which was nice. The service was good and I would recommend...

Went there today and we ordered one macchiato to go. The barista asked what I would take and said nothing, from that moment he looked possibly even more pissed, prepared the coffee, said "macchiato" placing it on the counter without looking at me and went on to do his things. No goodbyes, no thank you, I am used to bad service here but this really pissed me off. We even had a loyalty card and we threw it away, since we will never be back. Unfriendliness level...
