Everything was fine (except slow wifi) until the day of our checkout We were told that we can pick up our luggage till 00:00 (there was a note on the door that reception is working till 11pm but there’s an information in every reservation on booking that you can check out at 00:00) so we assumed there will be a break between 11pm-00:00 and we will be able to pick up our luggage at 00:00 we got there around 23:45 and no one was picking up the phone i was given during reservation, there was another on the reception door called “emergency number” and this time someone picked up after 20th time. It turned out to be another hotel and we were told that they can’t come and help us but they’ll try to contact our hotel (we were doing it for the past 30 minutes now) after another hour of talking back and forth we got information that someone will come help us in two minutes and that was the last message we got from that number (of course nobody came) around that time i got a call from a number i’ve never seen in hotel or booking and we were told that someone will come but it would be in an hour (felt like another empty promise but we agreed) i also told the story about previous “emergency number” and i was told that they don’t know who i’m talking about (so turned out they don’t even know who’s working for them under that “emergency number”) and after an hour two random men walked in, didn’t bother to say hello or i’m sorry, one of them opened up the door to reception and walked in again didn’t bother to say “you can follow me or you can take your luggage now” not a single word. eventually he asked me do i remember who told me we can pick up our luggage at 2am (not even a true information here cause i was told we can pick it up till 00:00) at this point i have no idea why am i being asked this (they have cameras, their schedules it’s so easy to check you don’t have to ask your guests) what am i suppose to say anyway? i didn’t ask for their name after this pointless conversation we heard one quick “i’m sorry” and they left (btw the other guy was sitting on a floor this whole time?)
luckily we made our flight in time but i don’t even want to imagine how the situation would look like if the hotel would have to take care of our luggage and send...

Blik) po 48 godz. dostałam informację że kartę odrzucono, podałam inną kartę i znów to samo po 48godz. Anulowano moją rezerwację. Po rozmowie z recepcją miałam się skontaktować z booking bo hotel twierdzi że to ich wina. Ponowiłam rezerwację i znowu to samo 2 karty odrzucone i anulowana rezerwacja. Kolejny kontakt z booking i kolejny z hotelem. Nic to nie dało do przyjazdu kilka dni a my nie mamy gdzie spać. Pan w recepcji miły ale co z tego. 3 rezerwacji nie dało się zrobić mimo, że recepcja twierdzi co innego, na booking nie ma wolnych pokoi. Uważajcie bo nie wygląda to bezpiecznie. Karty zastrzegłam, bo obawiam się że to próba...
