We didn’t have any food here but we did purchase some drinks so that we could sit in the beer garden overlooking the city. The view was incredible however, the kiosk here only takes cash. There was an ATM attached but there is a minimum withdrawal of 1000 Czech koruna which with high exchange fees was £46 British pounds (It was a notorious euro net one). As we had walked all the way up the hill specifically to come here we did pay this however the drinks themselves were more expensive than most places in the city centre and were not full. Staff were very unbothered. Cups also have a deposit on so you need to return them to get some of your money back. Personally I would recommend purchasing your own drinks somewhere else and bringing them up and sitting somewhere in the park as this still gives you a lovely view over Prague and will...

the beautiful view of the town across the river will draw you into this place, but do not fall for it. It is ridiculously expensive, and not happy with that, the crew will charge you more, they will definitely try to take more money from you (a.k.a. steal your money). Can't complaint because you were never provided a ticket with your purchase thus it's your word against theirs. These are petty criminals targetting unaware and clueless tourists, such a shame for such a beautiful place. Additionally, they don't take cards and the ATMs available close by, are those scammers from Euronet. Save yourself the trouble and don't spend any penny...

Tourists, pay with card or avoid altogether. Make sure they give you one of the reusable cups, not a small plastic one. My girlfriend payed 210 with cash (55 for a cider each and the 50 deposit each) and the man gave us a canned cider with a single use glass. When we went back up to claim our deposit we were told that we could not do so as we had single-use cups. We tried to explain but the lady pretended not to understand what we were saying and just repeated "I can't do anything, I don't know". We also later realised that the man had severely short-changed my girlfriend. The views are lovely but they are blatant scammers. Avoid or...

This isn't about the food. This is about a cold beer, and drinks with friends oh man there's well overlooking an incredible view of Prague from Letensky Zámacek. There's a ton of shaded picnic tables where everybody is out with friends and family enjoying themselves, the view, the beers, their weed, and let's not forget the french fries and the fried cheese! This is what life is supposed to feel like. Sitting someplace way up high looking down on everybody else while drinking 🤣

Huge rip off and unpleasant tourist trap! It's cash only and a 50% markup with euro conversion. Beer is filled two thirds full, chicken is super dry, and the service is so rude and condescending they seem to hate the tourists as they scam us. The only thing here is the view of Prague from the beer garden lookout. Much better idea to just bring your own beer and food to sit in the lookout park or stairs there.
