The overall experience was fine and as expected. They did offer you what was included in the description and the service of the lady at the front desk was also good. The things that I wasn't satisfied with were: You only get 50 min of the actual bath including the time of dressing. I don't understand why the time of getting introduced to everything was counted towards the one-hour experience and it didn't even take the lady 10 minutes to introduce everything but I still got 10 minutes cut from the one hour. Also, I don't understand why the time of getting dressed wasn't separated from the bath itself. I spared 2 min for myself to get dressed and while I was doing it the lady knocked on my door and even after I told her I was dressing myself already she still opened the door to check. Oh man leave some privacy for the customer! I was glad that I was dressed properly at that time instead of being naked. The lady's service was barely above average and didn't explain everything clearly. What you could've done is to set up a timer to remind the customer it's time to get out of the tube and to get dressed and just knock the door to check whether they're dressing themselves instead of just abruptly breaking in. I'll try another beer bath place just to compare the services. Idk why they got so many high ratings and apparently some others experienced the same things and gave a more fair rating...

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cozy rustic interior that set the perfect mood. The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable before stepping into the beer-infused bath. Also the beer before was an added bonus!

The wooden tub was filled with a warm mixture of water, hops, yeast, and other natural ingredients. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it turned out to be incredibly soothing for the skin. Plus, the aroma of hops added to the relaxing experience. To top it off, unlimited beer was available throughout the session, making it a true beer lover’s paradise.

After soaking for about 60 minutes, I moved to the relaxation area, where I could lay back on a straw bed and let the experience fully sink in. The whole session lasted two hours, and by the end, I felt refreshed, with noticeably softer skin. Especially as someone who suffers with eczema!

Definitely book for 2 hrs as one...
