Koncept 0 — Restaurant in Prague

I am not sure what happened today and I was not alone who left the place puzzled and feeling like a victim of fraud.

An exhibition of Tabata Roja was hosted there. If we read details of the event on FB, we can see a curios little sentence about wine and food - "We will welcome you with a glass of wine and lite vegetarian food."

Indeed they welcomed and the food was there... The first glass became the second and then one more. Nothing was said about the price of the wine and that it is not free any more. So I left before a friend I came with and later she was charged for her wine and 300 for my 2-3 glasses that suddenly became not free, including the last one I didn't even agree to have.

Are you serious? Do you think that people who come to your yet another cafe with 2 tables don't care about their money and want to be cheated to buy what barely summed up to one normal full glass of wine? If you sell, present your menu with the prices first or at least try to communicate and make sure that people understand what is your offer. I didn't even want any wine whatsoever, I came to see...

I was travelling from Melbourne, Australia and was lucky enough to be told about this cafe. WOW! We need this place in Melbourne. Such a cool setup, they play 12 inch vinyl's, serve up awesome breakfast and coffee and the cafe has art on the walls and plenty pf character. Gabi the owner and her staff are extremely pleasant and friendly and I would highly recommend this place. I've been coming to this place everyday...

Super kafe i sladkosti.

Během covidu jsem se je snažila podporovat, posílala jsem si tam zásilkovnu a vždy si dala aspoň filtr s sebou, dortík apod. Přístup paní provozní/majitelky byl často mírně řečeno neprozákaznický.

Při poslední návštěvě paní celou dobu telefonovala s kámoškou, neodpověděla na pozdrav a i přesto, že jsem se chtěla doptat na vystavené oblečení a dát si svařák, paní si posunky s telefonem u ucha nechala ukázat heslo od zásilkovny, vydala balíček a hotovo. Jako, je fajn aspoň pozdravit, když přijde zákazník) pravděpodobnost, že se tam vrátím fakt není vysoká. Je x kaváren, kde zákazníky rádi vidí a umí...
